1 Finance
Owns VFS's budget, projections, reimbursements, and nonprofit financial filings. Coordinates funding across every program and keeps the money side of the org running clean.
2 Marketing
Runs VFS's public presence and messaging. Handles social media, announcements, recruitment campaigns, and coverage of what the programs are shipping.
3 Graphic Design
Owns the visual identity used across VFS. Covers branding, event graphics, application posters, sponsorship decks, and the visual system that keeps VFS's public materials consistent.
4 Media
Captures VFS's work through photo and video. Covers builds, flight tests, competitions, and events, and produces the footage that marketing and sponsorship teams rely on.
5 Events
Plans and runs VFS's events, from Howdy Week and campus outreach to internal socials, industry visits, and larger scale competitions like A³M. Owns logistics from venue coordination through day of execution.
6 External Relations
Owns VFS's outward facing relationships. Handles sponsor outreach and follow through, industry partnerships, alumni engagement, and coordination with faculty and RELLIS staff.
7 Recruitment
Owns member acquisition across every VFS program. Runs recruitment cycles, application design, tabling, info sessions, and interview coordination.
8 Technology & Automation
Owns VFS's internal tooling and infrastructure. Covers the NAS, lab workstations, the VFS and A³M websites, and the AI powered automations and SharePoint flows officers use day to day.
